Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Returns Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us in writing that you wish to return an item.

After 30 days, we will not accept returns.

Once you notify us, you must return the goods within 7 calendar days. Returns sent after this period may be refused.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions (Non-Negotiable)

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • All labels, tags, and seals must remain intact
  • Fabric must not be altered, pinned, marked, or damaged
  • No odours (including smoke, perfume, detergent) must be present
  • No pet hair, lint, fibres, or contamination

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.

All returned goods are inspected upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Made-to-measure or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital downloads
  • Sewing patterns once opened
  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g. needles) once opened

These exclusions are in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible).
  2. Place a new order separately.

Stock is not reserved during return processing.

5. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Ensuring the parcel is adequately insured
  • Obtaining proof of postage

We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

This covers inspection, handling, repackaging, and payment processing costs.

If goods are returned in reduced resale condition, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the item value.

If goods are deemed unsellable, no refund will be issued.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence
  • Do not cut, wash, or use the fabric

If approved, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

We do not accept fault claims once fabric has been cut, washed, or altered.

8. Colour & Product Representation

We make every effort to display colours accurately.

Please note:

  • Screen settings vary
  • Dye batches may vary slightly
  • Lighting affects colour perception

Minor colour differences do not constitute a fault.

We recommend ordering a sample before purchasing larger quantities.

9. Refused Returns

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Return items to the customer at their cost
  • Dispose of items if return postage is not paid within 7 days

10. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable

11. In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final.

Store credit may be issued at management discretion only.

12. Abuse of Policy

We monitor return patterns and reserve the right to refuse future orders or cancel accounts where excessive or abusive return behaviour is identified.
